Liked: It was my partner's birthday and I mentioned this when we arrived - a beautiful patisserie with a happy birthday message appeared in our room when we returned from the spa!

Liked: Beautiful hotel staff were lovely with my daughter
Disliked: Perhaps more adaptations for kids like small loo seats and steps in the bathroom/ more kid friendly cutlery etc. only because they cater for families but otherwise lovely for children
