First rate service and amenities...
Liked: Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants in Georgetown and all popular sightseeing spots. Staff was super helpful. I was looking for some food/drinks late in the ending and the staff was very quick in accommodating my request. Facilities are very nice and comfortable. Top rate hotel which exceeded my expectations.

Liked: The rooms and bathroom were nice, the staff friendly, very good location
Disliked: Overly priced and they took very long to bring drinks at the bar and the food. House keeping was not as expected.

It is a lovely hotel...
Liked: It is within walking distance to Georgetown, so that is quite handy. As you walk into the hotel it feels very comfortable and even luxurious. The rooms are large, so plenty of space and the heating and cooling work very well. As an a-club member we had free wifi which worked extremely well. The beds are also very comfortable. The bar/café is open most of the time, so it is easy to have a snack whne one is hungry at any time of the day. happy hours drink and food is great value.
Disliked: The location is not central and unfortunately there are no nice coffee shops in a short walking distance other than Starbucks. The same goes for restaurants so you need to walk a bit. The gym and pool allow external guests. Room service charge for a glass of milk meant the total charge was in excess of $15 which seems excessive. Given the size of the bedrooms, the bathrooms are disproportionately small.
