Our stay was extremely disappointing.
Liked: Location was great. Grounds are beautiful.
Disliked: We had no hot water for a day. No one reached out to us with a courtesy call (which is what I would expect from an establishment like this one). When we reached out they were dismissive and offered no discount or added benefit. It took a very stern conversation with a manager for them to offer $100 towards incidentals (which comes with the assumption that we were putting more money towards the hotel). We were extremely disappointed with the level of service.

Amazing property and location for...
Liked: We were celebrating a birthday and I indicated that upon reserving. When I returned to my room the second time, they had brought in a bottle of champagne chilled in an ice bucket for us with a note from the general manager. It was a very nice gesture and exceeded my expectations. Staff in the front was super friendly. We didn?t want to wait for an Uber to go to the square and one of the valet guys offered to drop us off and pick us up. Another exceed expectations.
Disliked: My standard room was a bit small.

Bell staff and valet friendly....
Disliked: Reservations the worst I have encountered. Did not honor their best rate guarantee. We?re rude and untrained (central reservations). They do not like guests from the OTA?s!
