Overpriced and underserviced

Liked: The location was amazing, the Resort was lovely
Disliked: Room was outdated. We had the Buffet breakfast and it was cold and overpriced. Room was ok but the bed was like sleeping on a board, also room did not have complimentary water, although there was a water refilling station which I found to be an inconvenience to walk to at the end of the hall.

Disliked: Rooms are old, carpet is worn, bathrooms are dated. One of the rooms we booked the heating wasn’t working (temp of 1degrees in Leura that day)
