My fiance and I rented a gold room for the night. Upon arrival, we were met by incredibly courteous staff, who ensured everything we needed was available. The room itself was amazing and so comfortable. Upon checkout, everything was seamless and incredibly professional.

Liked: The room was exemplary; the staff were incredibly professional; the bed was superb and it was an overall wonderful experience and well worth the cost.
Disliked: This hotel has ruined all other hotels for me.

We had a wonderful weekend. The hotel was just beyond words. Fantastic location for us to be able to walk around and enjoy the downtown core. An experience that we will not soon forget!

Liked: Superb hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and went over and above to ensure our stay was comfortable. Location is central, near the Calgary Tower. The building architecture in the lobby is stunning.
Disliked: Only drawback is that the hotel is next to the railway track so beware train noise.

Disliked: Menu in restaurant is restrictive, especially when staying more than a night or two.

Liked: This hotel is exceptional. It justifies the description “ premier address in Calgary “.I met a member of staff when I was walking in from the car park , the adjacent Calgary Tower Parkade , she wasnot so kind with her question- “ can I help you look for something ? “, this question could have been phrased better- May I assist you ? could have been way better.This slip notwithstanding, a remarkable place overall in my book.
Disliked: The experience was excellent.

Pleasant stay at Fairmont Palliser

Liked: Front desk personnel Tuscar was very kind and nice to assist with upgrade to our hotel stay in mid May. He was professional and made our stay pleasant. He and the bell man were excellent in getting us taxi transportation for early morning flight.
