Guests can visit the gift shop at the property. Hotel Fairmont Miramar offers a tour desk and child care services. Additionally guests can enjoy complimentary use of bicycles or work out in the fitness center. Business facilities are also available. An on-site barbershop is available to guests as well. Beautiful Hotel, fabulous food but...

Liked: Extra clean room, comfy bed, delicious food and coffee at all venues, beautiful hotel in and around property. The staff service is 5 star. Outstanding room service and food presentation. Well located, a bit of a walk to SM pier.
Disliked: Hair dryer, iron, power outlets have seen better days. The tub shower tap hard to operate, noisy ventilation, AC out of order but resolved. Bring your own Keurig pods for a better experience. At 10 pm arrival, no staff to assist with luggage. Only one bathrobe in room. The room falls short of a true Fairmont experience IMHO.

Liked: The concierge was wonderful - all of them!
Disliked: Our room was so far from the elevator. Not very convenient for my husband on a walker.

Convenient stay in a good...

Liked: Great staff. Lots of access to restaurants, coffee, etc. Great location.
Disliked: The room decor is a bit tired, especially the wood furniture. The bathrooms are small.

Disliked: The room was old and threadbare The furningswere scruffy and sad. When u pay $800 a nite, u expect a little more.

Overrated - love fairmont in...

Liked: great location
Disliked: Our room had terrible smell, bathroom had damp and had silverfish everywhere. Never had any water left in the room, multi times when we asked for the room to be cleaned and gave them 4-5 hours they never turned up. Cost of food / breakfast vs the quality of food is not great.
