This is absolutely stunning!!!

Liked: What is there not like!?… Sometimes you get what you pay for! Everything is top-notch! They made my husband‘s birthday extra special! The breakfast, the hors d’oeuvres cappuccinos, complementary! We had the luxury of staying there for two days and I would definitely return and recommend this to all of my family and friends!

Liked: The property was once in a lifetime stay for me. Visited the property for just a drink 28 years ago and vowed to return and actually stay at the property. Can’t beat the location.
Disliked: For the price, I was disappointed in my stay. Paid for gold status and not sure if it was worth the splurge. Due to staying in Montreal the night before, I checked by the hotel around 1 PM with the likelihood of checking in a little early if possible. The front desk attendant said no problem. He would put a rush to have my room cleaned. Closer to the actual check in time, I received a message that our room was ready. The room was nice but not what I expected. The view was not great and we were woken early the next morning due to workers in the hallway that sounded like banging dishes. For the price, I also feel that giving people a tour would be great. I was told I had to book with a company and there were no available times left during our stay. When visiting the bar, we had one couple jump in front of us to grab the last seat. We followed the sign to wait for service while another couple (not staying at the hotel) was rewarded for being rude. I think people staying at the hotel should have priority. For the money, I think I would stay at another nice hotel in Montreal for a third of the money. Sign up in advance for a hotel tour and visit the bar. The hotel is a beautiful and memorable place. It took me 28 years to return and also save the money:).
