Very iconic building, with friendly...

Liked: Very Iconic place, very good location, very friendly and polite staff.
Disliked: Unfortunately WIFI is very bad. Also on the 8th floor there is a strong noise, even when the air conditioning is off. I understand that a building like this needs constant maintenance, but if you have no view because of scaffolding in front of your windows, you should have a reduction of the price. More gluten-free and dairy free options at a pricey breakfast would be nice.

An amazing place to stay...

Liked: Fabulous hotel in great location. Dinner at La Champlain was fablous. Breakfast, lunch and the bar areas are all stunning. It is a wonderful hotel to be in and absorb. .
Disliked: The pool area was overcrowded and could have been staffed/managed a little better.
