Liked: The Manager Oliver was professional and solved our problem immediately.....Even thought he was extremely busy dealing with other things/people. He made us feel important and took the time to listen and solve the problem. He is a "Keeper" for the Hotel - very pleasant and able to handle all concerns and conflicts and emergency situations promptly, with a smile on his face - making people feel comfortably. I will surely be returning for another stay

I would recommend the Frontenac...

Liked: The location was ideal. The hotel also offered tours and activities which were really fun and included in the stay.
Disliked: The room had really large furniture in it and I wish there was smaller furniture so there could be more floor/walking space.
