Liked: The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping did a good job keeping it that way during our visit.The concierge was very friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.
Disliked: The room was below expectations. There was a large boiler or some kind of equipment right outside our window, completely blocking the view. Occasionally, staff would walk past our window, which made it feel a bit intrusive.The hotel pool wasn’t well-maintained, and while there was a sign indicating construction, it didn’t look like any work was actually being done—just blocking access to the old empty hot tub. Overall, the amenities were quite limited.The hotel also lacked a welcoming common area or a proper lobby to relax in. The overall atmosphere leaned more toward showcasing high-end retail stores at the entrance than offering a luxurious guest experience.

Liked: We chose this hotel due to the location to BC stadium. It was in the center of everything so that was amazing.
Disliked: The bathroom was gross. The tile had mildew all over it. The grout had mold. The bathtub looked to have been painted yes painted. And it was peeling. For the amount of money we paid for the room I expected it to be perfect.
