Disliked: Services are really bad I went for my birthday and was very disappointed with their services.

Not what I reserved. Paid...

Liked: Loved everything about the staff - but we got “upgraded” on arrival , without being asked. I had picked an alpine suite with superior view - said recently renovated and high floor superior view… our room may have been bigger? But it was just us - and I purposefully stayed with my 3rd party booking , booking.com because though FAIRMONT offered huge discount rates this summer? That reserved room was not available. Our low floor , lovely though it was room, showed mostly the mini golf and the roof and we kept our curtains closed because of it. Very disappointed for the full price money we paid booking.com
Disliked: Our view of the roof-and there was a broken glass outside of our window? Which also made us worry that it was not secure .
