Very good

Liked: Loved the pools/hot tubs/sauna and steam room. Plenty of amenities
Disliked: There was no food service by the pool. We had to go to the bar and order and then take out. The pool chairs were not set up already with the long white towels and we had to set ourselves up. Also, we should be able to wear robes in the bar if you are not serving food poolside

Disliked: Kids dance contest on and felt we should have been advised as there were so many kids and we couldn’t use the pool and hot tubs as they were full of kids. Also don’t agree with dogs in the bedrooms. One was barking continuously from 7am

Stunning place but not our...

Liked: It is a beautiful hotel with a great location and a beautiful mountain view patio. The luggage helpers and room cleaning staff are very friendly.
Disliked: All of the pro's you can find in other hotels in Whistler for much better value for money. A lot of unexpected extras are charged, which in most other places are lower priced or included: Parking 50$ / night, Fridge in the room 10$/day, Microwave 10$/day, pet 50$ / day, internet 14$ / day. For a luxury hotel the rooms are surprisingly small.

Liked: Very clean and staff were extremely helpful!
Disliked: Areas in lobby got very crowded with large groups of school aged students.

Short but oh so sweet.

Liked: The guest services at the Fairmont were incredible, everyone from front desk to bar staff were so helpful and friendly - AJ made sure our stay was an unforgettable experience. We spent just one night and planned to ski on day 2 but with access to the amenities even after checkout we quickly reneged on skiing and instead made the most of everything the Fairmont had to offer. Pool and health spa is beautiful, live music at the mallard lounge and great cocktails. Great location slightly removed (but very easy walk) from the hustle of the village but closer to the ski hill and beauty of lost lake trails.
