Super visit to Ottawa

Liked: Great breakfast
Disliked: Likely not in your control. We booked a van to get to airport through conceriege & it didn’t work out/ happen. Not sure if that could have been avoided ???

Deception from start to finish

Liked: Location was really good. The Zoey's bar was great when you managed to get a sit in it. One of the managers - Candice saved the night.The waiters were very friendly and attentive. Complete opposite to the hostesses attitude.
Disliked: I never saw a staff so bad to accommodate requests. You could see several empty tables and the hostess were always saying there was a wait... Total nonsense. The buffet was very limited and they still charged $42. The "cherry on top of the cake" was the damaged on my car caused by the Valet...
