Beautiful Chateau

below expectations. the building is...

Liked: location of the hotel is great, best thing about it honestly, the restaurant with the terrace had amazing views and our waiter was very nice and helpful. the building is gorgeous but that's it.
Disliked: the lady who checked us in did not belong there, she gave off DMV staff vibes. very unpleasant, rude and kind of unprofessional. i don't know who hired her and why. even the way she dressed and her hairstyle.... big no nothe room was small, the bathroom was small, not enough towels, no vanity kit (who does that? this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel! not a motel)
