Liked: Perfectly located with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Old world charm.
Disliked: Room was tiny tiny. Bed not very comfortable.

Right beside Parliament, Rideau centre...

Liked: Absolutely everything, from the lobby decor to the detailing on the elevators to the friendliness of the staff and the fluffiness of the bed and the room's high ceiling!
Disliked: When we.checked in we were given the wrong room, and complimentary breakfast the next day. However, the breakfast staff had no idea about this. Be sure to get a name if something is awry.

Mediocre stay at the best...

Liked: Old and beautiful hotel, the room is pretty spacious. The pool is pretty cool. Good parliament view.
Disliked: 1) No underground parking when we arrived. Had to park my car 5 minutes away at the National Arts Centre.2) Very slow staff which mispronounced my name and couldn't put my stuff in my room while I was driving around looking for parking and walking back to the hotel.3) Shower which requires an engineering skill to operate.4) No shower gel.
