Liked: Disappointing stay – not worth the starsThe only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the valet team and the bellmen — they were polite, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended.The rest of our stay was filled with disappointment:•Our room was left completely untouched — no cleaning, no fresh towels, no bed made.•When we reported it, we were met with excuses and no real solution.•We had to sleep in a dirty room, without any sincere apology or compensation.For a hotel that claims to be five-star, the service was completely unworthy of that rating.No follow-up, no care, no accountability.Definitely not the experience we expected — or paid for.

What I got was a complete lack of professionalism, care, and basic hospitality.After being out all day with my family — exhausted, with my young son asleep in his stroller — we returned to find our room completely untouched.No cleaning. No bed made. No fresh towels. Nothing.Just a dirty room and zero explanation.When I addressed the issue, I was told the “Do Not Disturb” button had been activated — a false excuse, as a housekeeper had entered our room at 8:00 AM. Clearly, the sign was not on.No real solution was offered. No sincere apology. No compensation.We were handed a couple of towels and left to sleep in a used, dirty bed.This level of disregard is shameful, especially in a hotel that claims to be luxury.The staff ignored my complaint, and I had to fight just to be acknowledged — even then, no professionalism, no accountability.If you’re looking for a place that respects its guests and lives up to its advertised standards — look elsewhere.
