Liked: We had high expectations and they were met. Staff and facilities were excellent. We will return and are looking forward to it. I cannot say enough about the overall experience. thank you!
Disliked: The only thing that could have been better was the food at the Italian restaurant. the experience and waitstaff were great, but we expected a little more from the food. It was good, but not exceptional.

Comfortable accommodations for our backcountry...

Liked: Great location excellent service friendly staff. Great facilities including outdoor heated pool. Wide choice of restaurants on sight. Beautiful scenery and historic hotel
Disliked: Stalls for Tesla chargers are a bit tight to pull into. But one of few hotels that offers EV charging on site. There is so far no Tesla supercharger in Banff.

This resort exceeded our expectations...

Liked: Room was lovely! Gold level and views of the Banff National Park. Excellent bedding and in room amenities including Nespresso machine, chocolates upon arrival, evening turn down service!
Disliked: You could hear activity in hallway. I requested an air purifier, which was delivered promptly, and blocked all outside noise. Excellent service!

Disliked: Check in was very slow and had to ask multiple times to get dog beds up, then sent couch cushions not usual Fairmont beds. The slow check in was more the issue.
