Liked: Hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing. We asked to move rooms as the first one was near the lifts and noisy at night and they did everything they could to help.

Liked: Great location. Comfortable, clean room and nice & quiet . Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: Disappointing that guests are charged 54 dollars per day to park.

Liked: Very clean and spacious, gorgeous view from floor 26In tower B, they allowed us early check in.
Disliked: There were so many convention groups and the hotel was constantly crowded, like very very crowded. It felt very chaotic and overstimulating at times. In a practical sense, the wait for valet during these times, even with advanced texting, was a bit long-sometimes up to 15 min. This wasn’t a lack of effort on the staff’s part however-there is construction all over blocking their parking garage entrance and again, the hotel felt insanely busy.

Disliked: Prices for the accommodation was not worth.

Disliked: Hair on wall in bathroom. The rooftop bar wasnt opened as promised til 1:00am. The hotel bar downstairs had awful service at 11:30p which is where we ended up bc rooftop bar was closed. Couldnt get a coffee at the restaurant bc they were short staffed.
