Beautiful
Liked: The staff are very lovely and helpful. We asked if we could arrive early due an event we had on so when we arrived at lunch time the room was ready for us so we are very grateful that they accommodated us needing to arrive early. The unit we had was lovely and very clean, super comfy beds with nice crisp clean linen. The spa bath was lovely nice way to relax after a busy day. We loved that there are 2 tvs and lots of sky channels to choose from. Nice quiet location. We have stayed here once before and had the same lovely experience so we will definitely be coming back again next time we travel to Napier. Fairly motor Lodge is awesome!

Great place to stay on...
Liked: Excellent location very close to the event we were in Napier for.Extremely friendly, welcoming front desk. The unit was the perfect size and set up.
Disliked: I would consider this a very minor thing. The cooking prep knives could have been sharper, other than that the facilities were extremely good.

Liked: Location was ideal. Close to beach and lovely walk to the wharf restaurants. Close to bike hire and cycle track. Quiet location. Spacious rooms.
Disliked: Staff could be a little more friendlier.

We enjoyed our stay again,...
Liked: We really enjoyed the spacious courtyard and huge bathroom.
Disliked: Re parking, in inner court yard, not easily viewed line markings.

Very pleasant.
Liked: The room was scrupulously clean and the little kitchen area had great quality plunger coffee. Our stay was only for one night but it met our needs perfectly.
Disliked: The bathroom could have some new silicone to freshen the joins that naturally discolour over time with a bit of mould. But that is the only thing I can think of. It really is very clean and tidy.
