Liked: Spa facilities and the staff were extremely friendly and amazing help
Disliked: Location was pretty far out but helpful as there was bus stops near by and cabs could be found with Uber

Liked: Loved the size and facilities at the spa.
Disliked: Nothing other than preference of pillows they were too soft for me

Liked: Breakfast was lovely. Staff friendly. Loved the oat milk in the room and the recycling bin!
Disliked: We booked to attend a wedding but was unable to apply the 10% discount at time of booking, was told it was too late @ check in.Only one bath towel/robes, had to request another. Pillows really lumpy. Filthy dormer window casing, full of cobwebs!

Amazing facilities, wonderful staff.

Liked: Really excellent hotel. Clearly a lot of love and care goes into the maintenance and staff. It was immaculately clean, the staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly and the facilities are next level. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.
