Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Great location close to Broadway, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Walkable to bars and restaurants and sightseeing. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, especially Lauren, who provided us with some great recommendations.
Disliked: Housekeeping could have been a little more detail oriented. Workout room is super small, but clean and stocked with towels and water.

Liked: Great boutique hotel. With breakfast and restaurant facilities - great coffee and bagels!
Disliked: Our experience with the room being serviced wasnt great but the concierge sorted it. Both our hotels in Nashville needed us to “tell” them to service the room at the reception but we weren’t told that!

Liked: Property was lovely, room was spacious and the staff were all friendly and super-helpful.
Disliked: Just would have been nice to get a later checkout than noon when requesting a “late checkout”, especially on a Sunday.

Liked: I really liked my room, the corner king room. It was very nice.
Disliked: I did not like how the valet driver drove my truck. I am assuming he did not know I was standing outside waiting. To go back, I ordered my vehicle through the link on my phone but when I got down there he said the ipads were not working? Anyway, I waited outside and when he pulled out of the parking garage he FLOORED my truck which I had just bought the day before. There was really no reason to drive someone's car like that it was not an emergency. I was already upset at having to pay $65 for valet of which I had no notice of, I only found out after receiving a link after I used Valet. Of course I expected to pay something but that was a little high for him to park my car one block down and then drive it like a madman right in front of me. He looked very sheepish when he pulled up and got out, and of course later I get another notification asking me to leave him a tip! That was certainly not happening. Very upset over the valet cost and how he treated my vehicle.
