Great value for an elegant...

Liked: This charming Inn has a tone of character. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are captured by the elegance of the carefully selected decor, the soft acoustic sound track and the warm smile behind the check in desk. The detailed wood work on this old Victorian house will have you dreaming up history from the last 200+ years. Our room was large, the bed was very comfy and the sheets were soft. Big windows lets in lots of natural light and the modern shower /bathroom provides everything you need in this century. Enjoy the convenience of breakfast in the dining area. Food is delicious, the French toast was just like my grandmother used to make it - brought me to tears. Good tears. The presentation of the food, and the flavours are worth it. We loved the eggs Benedict and the care the put into cutting your orange. We just loved the features of this Inn, the history behind it and the family currently operating it… and Cash of course. (Their family dog)

Disliked: The room wasn’t the cleanest, there was even cobwebs hanging in the order of the room. The wallpaper was pealing in spots. It had snowed that night and they didn’t clean the walkway.

Liked: Absolutely beautiful older home in a great location near downtown Charlottetown. I arrived very late and left very early but had no problems getting in and out of my room. Do make sure you contact them ahead of time for a late check in.

Liked: large space and the murphy bed came in handy for extra sleeping space, i also liked the decorations it felt bedt luxurious

Liked: Proximity to all downtown sites, such as Confederation Centre for the Arts, and great bookstore and dining. Easy to explore elsewhere and spend some time in nature (went to the dunes at Greenwich). The feeling of being in a museum while we were at the inn.
Disliked: Breakfast felt small, though it was nicely made. It would have been awesome to have had a coffee machine in the house where we stayed.
