Liked: Clean , comfortable, warm welcome by staffBreakfast , great , full English , cereals, toast , juice , coffee and tea , prompt , efficient , service by friendly abbey.Tower and shops close by, seafront and amusements very close , the best pubs about 5mins walk , Drinks from the bar in the hotel , very reasonably priced , with warm atmosphere and friendly service from Gary Hot shower, very clean , comfortable bed ,

Friendly hotel

Liked: Laura was lovely and helpful. Nice bar and breakfast area.
Disliked: Music in the bar was too loud. We were told the courtyard at the back was locked after 10pm so as not to disturb guests. However, both nights we were disturbed until the early hours by people talking quite loudly. The Friday there were only a couple of people but there were several on the Saturday night. Also, despite us being on the second floor, we could smell smoke from cigarettes on the Friday night. It was unfortunate the weekend we were staying there was a dance competition and most of the guests were there for that.

Great hotel in a fab...

Liked: The proximity to everything was great. Just behind the tower, Madam Tussauds, the dungeon etc.The breakfast was very nice and the people at the hotel were lovely.
Disliked: Seagulls, that's not the hotels fault though

Liked: Lovely friendly staff. Comfy beds. Breakfast was great. Good location.
Disliked: The room could benefit a fan in the warmer months.

Disliked: Room was TINY. Sink was wrong size so struggled to get in. Bed was uncomfortable. Had to pay for almost non existent parking which wasnt advertised. Could hear everyone's door slamming. People outside screaming. Tv was tiny

Disliked: My controller for the TV won't work half the time.the WiFi didn't connect in my room. It worked fine in the bar though.
