Excellent stay

Liked: Perfect location, Gary and Alice made us very welcome, the place is definitely the best we have stayed in and we will be returning again soon.

Superb

Liked: How I was welcome on my arrival and how I was redirected with the parking. The lady show me my room, she was pleasant and polite on arrival and when i was leaving.
Disliked: Parking facilities but managed with Alice's help to park at the next street.

Amazing stay

Liked: Everywhere was so clean. Hosts were lovely. Will definitely stay again. Bar well stocked and plenty of variety

Lovely 1 night family Stay...

Liked: The location just off the promenade with a lttle walk to central pier and the friendliness of the owners happy to help kept in touch with me as we was travelling and let us in even tho we was early for the 2pm check in.. Also, a decent size family room with all needs met.
Disliked: A few issues In the bathroom, shower head rail fell off as wasn't secure to wall and coat hanger came out of wall plugs on the back of the doorm, this wasn't a massive issue, as I forgot to mention to owners before I left, this is why im putting it here this isn't a complaint i should of let them know was late on when found the issues and didn't arise it the morning after.

Excellent customer service from start...

Liked: We were greeted by the owner upon arrival and just felt like he understood customer service. We were asked how our journey was and where we had travelled from.... which was a nice touch. I just think the owners get what people want.... a nice chat some great local knowledge and as we left for the night it was pouring with rain and I didn't have a proper jacket with me ! The owner gaz offered to borrow me one ! A person he had never met before.... exceptional trust and kindness. Also I might add the lady Co Alice owner who greeted us was lovely and really made us feel valued as customers. Well done fairhaven.

Liked: Lovely hosts it's the second time we've stayed here lovely owners and will definitely be coming back. Rooms are lovely and clean and beds so comfy. You get a lovely warm shower which is a big bonus as I've stayed in hotels in Blackpool before and the showers are cold. Lovely hotel and friendly hosts definitely worth the money and will definitely go back.

Liked: Booked this last minute great place 5 star service but be realistic about expectations due to what you pay Alice could not do enough for us and Gary cooked up a brekky that I struggled to finish Budget hotel yes but certainly not budget service Book with total confidence We shall return
