We enjoyed our stay here. The pool and hot tub were very nice, although the picture of it on the website made it look bigger than it was....but, still enjoyable! I was also able to check in earlier than normal, and that was nice.

Liked: Breakfast was great, bed was very comfortable, and staff was friendly and courteous.
Disliked: Drain in the bathtub didn't work very well. Anytime we showered we stood in ankle deep of water. We also had to get room key/cards replaced a couple times because they wouldn't work.

This location in St. Cloud...

Liked: Great location; close to my favorite shopping spots plus a few new ones that proved to keep my day fun. Close to great eateries too.
Disliked: Some of the facilities are showing wear and tear; older carpet in areas, mop boards...carpet loose...dirty corners, elevator needs an update. Bathtub caulking needs attention.

Worst Americinn I’ve ever stayed...

Liked: Everything was good. Breakfast was tasty. Pool was relaxing. Guy at front desk at night was kind
Disliked: the staff wouldn’t just go to bed. The put us on second floor n had some maids staying in the one above us they were up all hours of the night and like rearranging the whole room. I had to go up there n complain after being woke up at 5 am worth it. Went on till about 9 before I went up there. I went up to the desk prior to checking out to tell her n she started her vacuum n ignored me if I didn’t have children to worry about I woulda ripped that cord right out the wall.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The hot tub was barely warm. Staff initially was pleasant but then had housekeeping open our hotel door without knocking at 9:00 am.

Liked: Nice staff
Disliked: Room did not feel clean, there were random hairs all over the bedding, streaks all over the bathroom and headboard
