Liked: Breakfast was included and was great! Very nice breakfast area. Clean and comfy room.

Miserable and unsatisfied

Liked: Location was good. And the breakfast was alright. The staff were great. However my room had bed bugs in it. I smashed 5 at least. :( which made my stay not so good. I want a refund as well.
Disliked: Bed bugs. No room change. No refund. And the neighbors were awfully loud each night

Nice room for our quick...

Liked: The room was very nice and up to date. We asked for extra towels and received them. The breakfast had bacon but it was empty when we went to breakfast and was never refilled. The scrambled eggs lacked flavor.
Disliked: The quality of the breakfast was poor. It was pricey.

Crap

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: TV and a light didn't work. The lady said maintenance man left and ill.see what we can do. Didn't offer apologize or discount for anything. Never stay there again. You pay that kindness money everything should work and be clean

Exceptional

Liked: The facility was under construction and water was off so they booked us to the Springhill suites

Good

Disliked: The stay was good but I had paid through booking.com and when checked in my credit card was charged again.

Not happy about not being...

Liked: Room was nice, beds comfortable
Disliked: We reserved ADA room but they actually had none. They told us we would get a shower chair but never brought it. The motel was under renovation. There was only cold breakfast in a cramped up room. If we had known this we would not have made reservations there.

Disliked: The remodeling. The workers were outside our windows until 7 pm.They were also staying there and noisy during the night.
