Very pleasant and can't wait...

Liked: Came in for the cardboard classis at mountain mountain. First time in the area and had a lot of places very close by to either eat or entertainment. Mountain was only a few minutes away, which was perfect. Room was very nice and comfy beds!
Disliked: Pool was a little cold, but got there late and could of been on a timer.

Liked: Clean and recently renovated. Friendly Staff. A very short walk to a good Italian restaurant.
Disliked: The room was not comfortable to watch TV without sitting on the bed. Even a second desk chair would have been a remedy to that.

Liked: Everything was great, the Staff was so nice.Hotel employee at the front desk was AWESOME!!! The room was perfect, with a nice view.... The breakfast was really good and there were different options options.
Disliked: The visitors in the room above me were extremely loud and noisy.... Other than that all was well

Property is convenient and comfortable;...

Disliked: Stayed 3 nights and the room was not cleaned or serviced in any way once. Had to go to the front desk to get towels and twice they were out so I had to hunt down housekeeping on a different floor. Front desk clerks could not explain why housekeeping was missing our room each day. Upon check out, clerk said they could not provide credit on our bill; only manager could do that. Conveniently he was not there and certainly couldn’t be contacted on a weekend. But she promised he would contact me on Monday. Still waiting for that call four weeks later. As one clerk said, “ I usually only work on the weekends and I have no idea what they do here during the week”. I don’t think anyone does.
