Disliked: My key wouldn't open for the pool. They said "it's been an issue." Other than that, it was exceptional.

Loved this Hotel!

Liked: This hotel is on a hill off the Clark Street exit of the interstate. Lobby and halls are clean and well kept. Good pool and hot tub. Meeting rooms are available. Rooms are big and mine had 2 TVs, one by the sofa and one by the beds. Plenty of parking and extra for trailers in a little cul-de-sac like thing. There are places to eat and a gas station/convenient store at the bottom of the hill. Hospital is really close so if you are at the hospital for something this hotel is the place to stay. ISU is on the other side of Interstate and very close!

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff and nice clean hotel. Great, safe location.
Disliked: We had two different rooms because we checked out to go home but later needed to stay in Pocatello another day so we rebooked for another night. Both rooms had super slow sink drains & shower heads that were falling apart & leaking.
