If I had to find a negative, I would say the bathroom sink was small.
Liked: All the staff were great. They were very friendly and were very willing to help on any question we had. Loved the complimentary 24 hour tea and coffee. The complimentary breakfast is a plus. Rooms were clean and the shower was as good as a spa. Beds were comfortable. I really appreciated the car service that was available at a very reasonable price. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. As a past sales manager of a family owned hotel, I am usually very critical. This hit my mark. Extremely clean. Modern, bright, yet inviting. The rooftop BYOB lounge area was a wonderful place to unwind after a long day, and the breakfast area offered a full range of items for those seeking a low carb breakfast - something most breakfast bars fail to do! Kudos to the pleasant staff and even though we didn't take advantage, the free bike rental would have been great had we had more time!

Very disappointed. Not a leisure...
Liked: Nothing I would say that was special
Disliked: Very noisy place with people arriving at all hours of the night making noise. Walls very thin so can here next rooms tv clearly all night. Our room is below ground so only the top of the window has any light. There is chewing gum in the carpet and i asked it to be removed but it is still there on our last day. The hotel location is 10 minutes plus walk to a subway and the is located next to industrial units so felt like a strange place. The bed was very soft and we did not have a good nights sleep.

In town for the weekend.
Liked: Loved being on the top floor, the scenery and view was good. I also loved the fact that you had a rooftop terrace. Too bad it was a rainy night. It would have truly topped off our stay.
Disliked: I thought I was getting 2 queen beds, but it worked out in the end because the mattresses and bedding were extremely comfortable. I did not want to get out of bed.

Liked: breakfast was standard Fairfield. No complaints
Disliked: At check in was told I had to wait until 3 since I booked with 3rd party. No late checkout for same reason. No Marriott points for same reason. I am done with Marriottt. Going back to Hyatt Not accunt Med to being treated as a third class personsappoin
