If I had to find a negative, I would say the bathroom sink was small.
Liked: All the staff were great. They were very friendly and were very willing to help on any question we had. Loved the complimentary 24 hour tea and coffee. The complimentary breakfast is a plus. Rooms were clean and the shower was as good as a spa. Beds were comfortable. I really appreciated the car service that was available at a very reasonable price. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. As a past sales manager of a family owned hotel, I am usually very critical. This hit my mark. Extremely clean. Modern, bright, yet inviting. The rooftop BYOB lounge area was a wonderful place to unwind after a long day, and the breakfast area offered a full range of items for those seeking a low carb breakfast - something most breakfast bars fail to do! Kudos to the pleasant staff and even though we didn't take advantage, the free bike rental would have been great had we had more time!

we did have a good...
Liked: was great for what we needed and for the area that we stayed in .most of the staff was very helpful especially Kenny.
Disliked: being stuck in the elevator. the staff got us out and said that they would do something nice for us but it wasn't done. this stay was for our daughters wedding and the wedding party was staying in the hotel as well. some of the staff was not very helpful at all.

Liked: Cleaners do a very great job, beds are nice, breakfast and gym is as expected for price, room size and bathroom are as expected for price. It was mainly the front desk service that let us down.
Disliked: Front desk staff is a lottery and poor service was the main reason we didnt enjoy our stay. Kenny is lovely, most are average, and 1 girl was the rudest we'd ever come across. We had booked 4 rooms and advised it was a wedding party ahead of time. They confirmed they would book our rooms all on the same floor but when we starting checking in they said they knew nothing about our request said they didnt know we were getting married (even though we had email correspondence as evidence ...). They wouldnt let us take 1 breakfast bar stool up to our room for hair and make up on the day. All 4 rooms were booked online but only 1 room was charged as per the booking price. Of the other 3 some were under charged some were over charged. When we queried it they said it was booking.com fault. They do not disclose it but they seem to charge a hidden daily resort fee. Lifts were constantly breaking down. We got stuck in the lift on two occasions and were told they would make it up to us but we never recieved anything. The renovations are loud, at one point the fire alarms were sounding off and when we looked down the hallway it was like a cloud of dust had set off the alarms, the air conditioning unit in the hallway sounded like a rocket launching and you can hear the ice machine running all night, the blinds are not black out and the rooms are very bright at night time, the doors do not soft close so we heard banging doors all hours from other guests and several guest fights during our stay, the rooms are not sound proof at all.

Liked: The Staff especially Richardhe was both pleasant and professional I loved the breakfast . It was a pleasant surprise
Disliked: My room was next to a lot the is currently under construction So there was a lot of noise during the day!

Liked: Adorable hotel for a short Brooklyn stay. There were signs regarding a renovation, but I didn't encounter any noise. My room and the public spaces seemed brand new.
Disliked: No fridge or microwave in the room. None of the HBO channels were working. I could have called the front desk, but there was only one person on staff and it seemed a little busy.
