Liked: The breakfast, the shuttle, the cleanliness and the overall value was great.
Disliked: All the staff was friendly and nice, except for one gentleman who upon checking us in was not very friendly and kind of rude to me because I booked through booking.com instead of directly through the hotel. And about an hour before we checked out after a 3 days, I got charged $5 for logging into internet? Which was very confusing? Pool was a little cold for our liking!

Liked: Our stay at this hotel was good. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of quality options, providing a great start to our day. Its location is ideal, with convenient access to the Mall of America, IKEA, and the airport. I recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
Disliked: While the hotel itself was clean and well-located, I was disappointed with the level of service during my stay. I requested extra pillows due to a family member’s neck condition, but the staff made no effort to assist, simply stating, “we are out of pillows” without offering any alternatives or solutions. In situations where guest comfort and health are involved, I expected a higher level of care and responsiveness. This experience detracted from an otherwise positive stay. Additionally, there was an unexplained extra charge on my invoice. It was not addressed at checkout, and I only received an explanation after questioning the difference from the agreed-upon amount. Better communication and more attentive service would have significantly improved the experience.
