Liked: I like the staff the two guys that carries my mother down the steps. The lady that sat with my mother to calm her down.
Disliked: The breakfast so so.I was traveling with my 100 yrs old mother. I had to go to Waffle House and buy her breakfast. There was no soft bread no grit,plain oatmeal no low-fat milk.But the worst was when we found out the ELEVATOR was out.The staff had to Carrie my mother down two flights of stairs.She was very scared.The General Manger would not take my call or call me back. She need to be retrained in customer service.I forgot the wall paper was peeling in bathroom.The sofa bed had chip in side it.The mattresshad stain on it.My granddaughter had to go and get the bedding.
