Disappointing

Disliked: The facility was worn down and the parking lot smelled like pee.

Terrible!

Liked: It was close to where we needed to be. In town for a funeral and didn’t want to book far away from family.
Disliked: It wasn’t clean! We had to go to Walmart and get cleaning supplies because the shower had hair in it, the bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in 2-3 stays. Very disappointing.

The stay was over barring.

Liked: I was disappointed because I was charged twice for the service (room) and I was not satisfied because they did not know my financial situation. That situation was overwhelming. I had to speak to an upper management for funds to be reimbursed to my credit card.
Disliked: I don’t like being charged twice for the room on my credit card.

Very overpriced

Liked: Nothing really.
Disliked: The entrance was hidden. The front desk clerk was very straightforward and barely smiled. The room especially the bathroom needs a serious upgrade.

Bad

Disappointing

Liked: The room was clean, and it was in a good location.
Disliked: Poor breakfast, the Air conditioner didn't work correctly, THEY CHARGED ME A WEEK LATER, the front desk told me it would be a $50 deposit and they charged me $100.

Good experience would stay again
