Outstanding staff made the visit...
Liked: The people who we met and dealt with were pleasant and professional. They asked questions to ensure our needs were met and expectations were exceeded. We have found our home away from home when we visit the Indianapolis area.
Disliked: I had difficulty sleeping because the bed was not comfortable. More hotels are upgrading to memory foam mattresses or toppers to accomodate a wider range of body shapes and sizes. This one change would take my rating over the top.

It wasn't worth the money.
Liked: The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable and the staff was mostly friendly.
Disliked: The pictures were deceiving, it said they had a hot tub but they didn't, the pool was very small, dirty and the water was to hot, the room was too small, the house keeping ladies were cussing very loudly in the halls and in the parking lot around guests even children and we found bugs in our room.

Very enjoyable stay!
Liked: Very friendly staff, clean and nice sized rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast!! Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Web site said there was a hot tub by the pool. The pool water was nastier then we have ever seen a hotel pool before. As we were swimming we noticed the pool light hanging out in the pool with the electrical connections showing.
Disliked: The room was really nice.

Disliked: i had booked on Booking.com--when i called they didn't have my reservation. said i could still book- put me in the most expensive room and didn't tell me the price when i checked in. then charged me $150 and $180. guy at check out said 'oh hopefully one will drop off' no help or explanation at all.
