We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. This hotel was convenient to all of our activities, such as shopping, casino and the Soul Food Fest at 3919 Lafayette Road. We enjoyed dinner at Fridays, also the breakfast was nice.

Disliked: Elevators got stuck; paying for parking.

Liked: Staff was incredible! My son got sick in the middle of the night and the front desk associate came right up and gave us new bedding and even helped us make the bed!

Liked: Proximity from our conference was perfect within walking distance.
Disliked: The room was baron, and we had to ask for body wash for the shower. It was empty the one they gave us. We understand that they reuse the bottles, but it was dirty and the room furniture needs to be updated. It was for three people. The room was enough room for one person.

Convenient, quiet and helpful front...

Liked: Great location to the Convention Center where I was for the Indiana Democrat Convention.
Disliked: The help for setting up the breakfast did not show up for a time. Eventually they did serve breakfast items.
