Friendly roaches, not friendly staff!!!

Liked: The only positive was that it is close to the airport.
Disliked: We changed rooms three times do to cockroaches!!! Rooms were minimally clean and when we inquired about the rooms and shuttles from airport, staff was pretty rude and not wanting to be inconvenienced by customers.

Good. I would stay again.

Liked: It had a pool!
Disliked: No safe in the room - I was uncomfortable leaving the room with my work computer left behind. I ended up taking all my valuables with me to the gym.Little access to hot food/dinner food.

Disliked: Being off in the cut it was a huge concern about vehicle break-in. The hotel is on a road that leads to two main roads with one next a mile down from Beltway 8 and therefore easy escape.
