Overall pleasant experience to this hotel. Great rooms, good customer service, and great amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Good customer service; very clean and spacious rooms. Very nice amenities. Close enough to food places.
Disliked: Elevator made some sketchy noises, but that's about it.

Disliked: Some fool turned off the water to the toilet in the room so you got one flush and then nothing. Fortunately able to resolve the problem without bothering staff.

Disliked: The main reason we chose this hotel is because it had an in door pool and the pool was closed. And it wasnt posted on the website until we arrived. The cost should have been discounted. It ruined our vacation
