Liked: The were comfortable and the bedding was soft. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good and the variety was nice. The breakfast area was lovely. The container of fruit water was an added bonus. The location was perfect, close to our purpose and other businesses.
Disliked: I was disappointed that the pool didn't open till 10 am and there wasn't a hot tub.

Liked: Courtney at the front desk was terrific!
Disliked: We tried to sit outside at the pool & we were bitten by little red bugs! We actually had to take Benadryl when we got back to the room!

Disliked: I didn’t like our king size bed. It was an older mattress and it didn’t have firmness in the mattress.

Unbelievable lack of professionalism.
Liked: Just about what I expected.
Disliked: The staff messed up my payment from booking.com, saying they never received payment. I ended up being charged twice. So part of my stay was arguing with the staff and having to be on the phone with booking.com customer service for HOURS. So what was supposed to be part of my vacation was anything but.Eventually I asked my husband to get the contact info for the supervisor and general manager. When he asked the front desk staff they said they “fixed it” and my extra payment would drop off my credit card. Apparently they couldn’t be bothered to call my room and tell me. So if he hadn’t contacted the front desk for that contact info I never would have known that everything was fixed.On top of that, booking.coms customer service was horrible. I won’t be using booking.com or this particular hotel ever again for any reason. Absolutely unbelievable.
