Everything was great from the time I checked in until I checked out. All of my needs were met. The room was clean to my satisfaction and the amenities were great. I would definitely utilize this hotel again when I am in Columbus.

Stayed here for a visit to OSU for 2 nights. Overall, just an average property - guess I expected a little more. Basic room - was clean and everything in working order in the room. Disappointed there was not a fridge in the room - that would be a nice addition. Pool is very small, one of the smallest I have seen in a hotel of this type. Hot tub not working during my stay. Breakfast offerings are adequate, but I felt it was not as good as what I might find elsewhere. Might not stay here again if I find something else in the same price range.
Liked: Clean; good location.
Disliked: No fridge; hot tub not working.

Comfortable and carefree.
Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Liked the walk in shower. Pool/hot tub hours were generous. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great service. Liked online check in.

Great all around hotel experience.
Liked: Breakfast excellent. Nothing fancy but everything tastes great and the whole area was well stocked, clean, and there was really proactive service.

Disliked: Made reservation last November. Checked in via email at 8am. Was at hotel at 11:30 no room ready yet, told them be late check in due to going to concert. I get text at 1:30p that room was ready. Then later get an email I did not have a room that they got me a room at doubletree in a Newark. I refused to travel and stay in Newark. When I spoke to manager he just kept saying I had no room although I made reservation and had confirmation via text that I did. Horrible service!

Liked: The front desk staff is superb!!
Disliked: room not cleaned daily. Water went on the floor of the bathroom when we took a shower.
