Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Worcester Auburn

We only stayed one night, we went to a concert at Indian ranch - the hotel was in a great location. It is only 10 minutes from indian ranch. The rooms were clean but the indoor pool is very small and the water was very cold.

Disliked: Indoor pool was very cold

Liked: The workers were friendly My first night my bed was like it wasn’t changed she did what I asked her to do Anyway the place needs to be taken care of.This is not my first time in that hotel but this time I didn’t like it at all.
Disliked: My room was dirty. I can’t talk about other rooms because I slept in one room I’m not going back again

Liked: Got a good rate for this night, comfortable beds, the whole facility is clean, well maintained. Excellent breakfast included with plenty of options. Staff at the front desk is always helpful and friendly.

Liked: Very good hotel. Went out of the way to plan and accommodate our large group and ensured we were on the same floor. Excellent breakfast to start the day too.

Disliked: No cleaning staff. Room was never cleaned for 4 days. Had to request clean towels. Same thing for breakfast every day.

Disliked: I am vegetarian, and asked for them to make me a breakfast sandwich without meat, and they told me no.
