Would have been better if...

Liked: Over all we enjoyed our stay
Disliked: The fan in the ac unit was very noisy. It was reported but nothing was done. The room number was 325.

Other than the Over Charge...

Liked: Clean and friendly staff. However I was over Charged for 1 room. I prepaid through Booking.com in July. I checked my credit card and discovered I was charged again. I contacted Fairfield at 9 am, was told the manager would call me back. I called back around 4pm spoke to Devon who said he was the manager. He said he saw the payment and the additional charge, however I needed to contact Booking.com and have them contact him to confirm the payment. Very Frustrating. Still waiting for charge to be reversed.
