Exceptional

Liked: Facilities were comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: It was very busy and noisy in the lobby and pool area. The place was full of hockey families. And they all gathered in the breakfast area to watch a hockey game. The pool was crazy with kids. Too noisy and crowded.

Definitely stay again

Liked: Very accommodating as my husband had to be close to elevator due to recent surgery and they changed my room right away no questions asked.

A very good airport/convention hotel

Liked: Exceptional hotel breakfast - tasty, varied, abundant. Plenty of seats for breakfast and to work/hang out during the day.Room was clean and comfortable.Very helpful personnel.Free shuttle to the airport was very useful.Coffee & tea available all day in the lobby.Kids & parents seemed to really enjoy the pool.
Disliked: The location is good as it's close to the airport but it's otherwise unpleasant for pedestrians.

Liked: Lots of variety for breakfast. Staff in breakfast room were good at keeping food stocked and clean. Some days the hot food was on the cool side.
Disliked: YOUR PILLOWS ALL NEED TO BE REPLACED! Please assess them all.
