Clean and convenient

Liked: We liked the convenience of having a breakfast and coffee available in the lobby area. There is not really a need to leave the hotel prior to starting your work/vacation day. I like that fact because there is not much in the area that is nice. I like the fact that this hotel is right at a freeway/highway intersection which means it is less than a minute before you can by traveling down the road.
Disliked: The location is not my favorite as it is 10 mins outside of downtown Wilmington. The nightly rate reflects the location of the hotel as it is less expensive than other hotels in Wilmington. The parking lot at the hotel is very tight for a large pick up truck.

Business hotel with good staff...

Liked: Comfortable hotel in airport and commercial area. Pleasant staff, large room, everything works, decent desk etc, firm bed, large bathroom and shower. The breakfast was fine with eggs and stuff -- I sampled the "oatmeal bar". Free parking. Close to various freeways and business routes, though the navigation can be a bit challenging!
Disliked: The hotel is located along the very busy DuPont Highway / US-13 road, and the traffic was noisy. I got used to it, but you might want to request a room not facing the highway.
