Liked: It was both inexpensive and very convenient to Penn College. The room was clean and breakfast was as expected.
Disliked: The temperature on our room when we walked in was 78 degrees. We could not control the temp at all - either it was boiling hot or we had to turn off the heat, which was a problem in the middle of February

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Maintenance is lacking. Keys barely worked with multiple tries. Keys did not work to pool and hadn't for some time. Refrigerator very noisy and had to be unplugged for us to sleep. Toilet didn't flush properly - needed new parts inside
