Very good

Fairfield is a great hotel...

Liked: I liked the location. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: The inside of the toilet rim was black, and the sink would start to fill up if ran for too long in room 311. This is nit picking though.

Exceptional

Liked: Clean, friendly, luggage racks by the door... EV CHARGER IN PARKING LOT!!!!!
Disliked: It was a little pricey. Scrambled eggs were not edible.

Stay was great! Booking.com not...

Liked: Location was great! 10 min from Ft. Drum. Breakfast was great. Hotel quiet as well!
Disliked: Booking.com charged my credit card at the time I booked. The information on site said no charge at this time, 24 hr cancellation. Since the army changes the time frame, I looked that! Now, I can't get my money back!!

The hotel was overall OK,...

Liked: The location was good for us and it was easy to get around. The coffee was really good and available most of the day. The pool was warm and the kids enjoyed a relaxing swim before bed.
Disliked: The walls are super thin, you can hear conversations through the “joining door” and people running up and down the halls. Our room still had the trash in it from the previous guest, and the top blanket on the bed had stains. The breakfast: the eggs and sausage were cold by the time you got to your table.
