Was ok.

Liked: Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Was glad to use the laundry room.
Disliked: We ended up on the first floor and could hear anytime someone walked around above us. Pool was tiny.

Liked: The location is perfect, close to everything you could want, yet in a quiet spot. Breakfast was good, the usual waffles, eggs (usually scrambled as one choice, and then we had cheese omelets one day and the next was spinach quiches), sausage (either pork and veggie or pork and turkey as options), yogurt, cereal, bread options (english muffins, bagels, bread, etc), juice, coffee, etc. The hotel is exceptionally clean, our room even smelled clean as we walked in, without it being a chemical smell. The staff is excellent, very helpful! There are cookies when you check in, too.
Disliked: We stayed here because the comfort rating was very high. However, our room was extremely uncomfortable. Our bed was super firm and so was our couch. I had issues sleeping, and there was no way you could get all cozy on the couch to watch a movie or TV. My husband asked for 2 extra comforters in an effort to give us some cushion. It helped only a little. Upon checkout, they asked how our room was. I was honest and explained that the beds are very hard. The girl explained that they are doing remodel soon, and replacing all the beds. She also said that if we would have said something, they would have provided a 3" memory foam pad for the bed for us. So, if you do not like super firm mattresses, you may want to ask for a pad. We didn't say anything, because we just didn't think anything could be done. So, this hotel is very, very accommodating!

Convenient location to Ft Drum

Liked: The location in relation to Ft Drum was convenient. The free WiFi and breakfast options were a plus. The bathroom came equipped with soaps and conditioners on the wall in case you forget. Inside facilities were also clean.
Disliked: Minor complaint: There were cigarette butts piled around the front door trash can. I sent a few messages via this app for check in & floor requests a few times and never got a response.

Liked: This hotel is newly renovated and very clean. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The hotel room key system was down and had been for a few days. We were told after check in. Staff had to meet you at your room to let you in. We did voice our concern to management and were given a voucher for an upcoming stay.

Liked: It was clean, the breakfast was amazing and the lady working it did an excellent job staying on top of keeping all the items full. My favorite part was the shampoo,conditioner,and body wash that was in the shower on the wall, ever hotel should have this! Thank you so much!
Disliked: The pool should be bigger.
