Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. We checked out late and valet staff were very efficient and had no problems getting our vehicle.
Disliked: No room service menu in the room; when called front desk was told to come down to get one; when went down they told my daughter they would bring one to the room - we never received one. We had to look the menu on line before placing an order.

Disliked: I stayed at hotel with family from August 11 to August 13. At check-in, a $40 deposit per night was charged. I checked out on August 13, but I have not yet received the refund of my deposit.

Great value accommodation with lovely...
Liked: 'Free' Breakfast was much better than average. Room fresh and clean. Friendly hotel staff. Complimentary coffee in reception all day was re stocked. Some people have commented about the area but we found it to be OK and close enough to attractions.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Over all stay was good....
Liked: Staff was great! Cleanliness of room was ok, Full breakfast was a plus and location was great! I would stay again.
Disliked: There was dust around table area indicating staff did not clean. When we arrived there appeared to be lipstick on sheet. This was not discovered until next morning. My grand-daughter and I had no make-up on when we arrived so we knew this was not ours. Once reported to staff, someone came and changed sheets. I did have an itch first night of sleeping in bed. I hope cleaning crew does not take short cuts in cleaning rooms. This is definitely unsanitary. Hotel and Valet was a little costly. Perhaps this was due to location?
