Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. We checked out late and valet staff were very efficient and had no problems getting our vehicle.
Disliked: No room service menu in the room; when called front desk was told to come down to get one; when went down they told my daughter they would bring one to the room - we never received one. We had to look the menu on line before placing an order.

middle of the road hotel...

Liked: The location was perfect and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The downsides include some odor and cleanliness issues within the hotel lobby and elevator. The free breakfast could have been better. Valet parking is expensive.

Hotel was great parking service...

Liked: Loved the hotel
Disliked: The valet was deceiving. We drove to hotel and was charged 75.00 to park. In all guests should be afforded 1 parking spot per night of paid visit to hotel. But you are not. Parking was 75.00 for 1 overnight literally there to sleep and leave the very next day cost me over 300.00 ridiculous will never stay there again!

Liked: Location was near the museums I had interest in. The hotel was nice and the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Parking for a handicap person was challenging.

We slept well. Our stay...

Liked: Location is close to tourist spots. Room is neat. Complimentary bfast is always a plus.
Disliked: You have to pay to park in the hotel otherwise you have to pay the meter for street parking. AC need maintenance for temp consistency.
