Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. We checked out late and valet staff were very efficient and had no problems getting our vehicle.
Disliked: No room service menu in the room; when called front desk was told to come down to get one; when went down they told my daughter they would bring one to the room - we never received one. We had to look the menu on line before placing an order.

Room was clean and inviting.

Liked: Staff made us feel very welcomed and were quick to answer any questions we had during our stay.

An enjoyable vacation

Liked: Loved coming back to the hotel at night and warming up with a cup of hot cocoa. Great location for walking or riding the Metro to see the sights.
Disliked: Twice the shower was cold.

Disliked: Had to change rooms due to no hot water in shower, breakfast was not worth paying for it, little options for vegetarians

Perfect location but room for...

Liked: Breakfast for me as a German was a little bit too much of sweet things - what is typically for the US. Highlight for the kids was to make their own waffles.Room was nice as expected.Location was perfect because we had tickets for the Wizzards. And the stadium is just cross the street. Also Chinatown is right next corner.
Disliked: For me it was too much plastic things. Everything was thrown away. Should be a little more green. Space for breakfast was a little bit too short. When everybody was there not all could sit on thier own table.

Superb

Liked: The room was nice and clean, looked just like the picture online. Costumer service was awesome, they answered all my questions and were willing to help. The breakfast was wonderful, there was a nice variety and the servers always greeted us in the morning.
Disliked: the front desk lady gave us ladies(me and my sister) a room next to the stairwell, but she switched us once we voiced our concern.

Best location and comfort for...

Liked: The location was perfect. 1.5 blocks from Capital Arena and right in the midst of China Town. The attached pub was great, and the facility had the fastest elevators. I will be returning for more trips to DC.
