The hotel met our expectations...

Liked: Stephanie at the front desk was the most welcoming and pleasant. She was very helpful and we looked forward to seeing her when coming and going. Her smile was always nice to see. The breakfast was good and filling, my one complaint was no bread for toast was available. Only english muffins, and 2 kinds of bagels. I meant to ask why, but never did!!! Other than that it was fine, we ate breakfast at the hotel every day of our stay except 2!!
Disliked: The stay went well, and we will likely stay here again. I will say some of the other front desk personnel, could learn from Stephanie, they need to at least look up when guests enter or leave the hotel and acknowledge folks, rather than looking at their cellphones!!! Just an observation, not a complaint.

I will not recommend this...

Disliked: When we arrived, we learned that we will get the room for handicaped people. We booked the room 47 days in advance and still did not get standard room. On our objection that we want standard room we were told that we should go and find another hotel. We got this "advice" couple of times during our discussion with receptionist Lindsay. She did not even say Hello when we arrived. What a customer service and reverence. After travelling 19 hours from Europe it is "what you would expect" to learn that you are not welcomed and you should look for another hotel.The matrass was very soft, felt like worn off. When we wanted to change it for the second night, it was not possible.We were very disappointed with approach of Lindsay, with the room that we got even though we booked the room well in advance and matrass that was worn off.

Comfortable and pleasant.

Liked: When we arrived, the staff member who checked us in had trouble finding our reservation but she was very persistent and didn't give up. Then, she found booking.com made the reservation with my middle name as my last name. She found it though! Very helpful and very happy to help.
Disliked: I didn't like sharing the smallish pool with a swimming school. We could only use half of the small pool for about an hour until the students left. at that point, our family was done with swimming. I would have preferred it to have been busy with hotel guests and not the swimming school.

Liked: Free breakfast, close to venues and casino
Disliked: The shuttle experience. When I booked the room I called and was told we would be able to shuttle to the venue. Got to the hotel and was told we couldn't and then missed 2 hours of our concert waiting on an Uber
