I would only choose to...

Liked: Nice staff in a wonderful location.
Disliked: The rooms lacked necessities most people would need. No makeup remover, blow dryer. Very simple. The breakfast was ok. Ran out of grits, oatmeal was watered down, out of bananas.

Would book this hotel again.

Liked: Breakfast was basic. Nothing special. Location was great. Close to mall, places to eat, movies, etc. Bed was super comfy. Room was clean. I always look for hotels that have both microwave and fridge in room and this one did.
Disliked: Lighting in bathroom was awful for husband’s grooming and my applying makeup. Controlling thermostat was a bit of a challenge to figure out. There’s seating for only one person in the room.
