I learned my lesson. Don't...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The in room phone could have worked. The wifi could have worked. I have a brand new Macbook that has worked at the last five hotels that I have visited. Guess what? It did not work at the Fairfield. The TV was installed crooked so watching TV sideways is not fun. They told me when we arrived that an upgrade was NOT possible because I had booked with a third party BOOKING. How is that for customer service? The sad part is BOOKINGS or Fairfield will never answer to any of this.

Won’t be back. Do better...

Disliked: The rooms need to be cleaner and smell better. This is Marriott and certain standards come with that name. This fell short. We had to move rooms the first night because of bugs on night stand.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The whole time the trash was not emptied and no one checked to see if we needed fresh towels.
