Poor

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The elevator was broken so we had to carry luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor. I never saw an elevator repair person on site the entire weekend.When we first walked into the room, there was a roach in the bathroom. A friend of ours mentioned spiders in their room.There was a city wide water restriction. Although not the fault of the hotel, a notice to upcoming patrons would have been appreciated. We had to buy coolers, water, etc, which we had at home and could have brought with us had we known.

Still waiting for refund. Had...

Disliked: Property under construction. Unable to stay due to the noise and conditions on the floor where the room was located.

Mediocre. But good for Victoria

Liked: The food—chicken wings 10 out of 10
Disliked: The dirt in the window sills.

Disappointing

Liked: Room ac works great, breakfast was good and close to my event. Parking is good to.where you can see your as long as it faces the front
Disliked: So the room was nice ac was working very well, found a stain in the bed duvet was stained didn't really notice right away. The tub needs to be resurfaced badly. The water seemed to stay as a puddle and cause the rust looking tub and the drain looks like it needs to be placed. When I went to the desk and asked if you had another room with a better tub ofcourse the agent was nice and stated that she did and gave me the keys to move. Went into the next room it was surly larger but it was really muggy as tub was in bad shape. Plus the lighting was bad in that room so we stayed in our previous room. Please take care of these small issues and the elevator if you wish for people to stay there. I've worked in a full service hotel downtown San Antonio and have had similar issue but we have to address these things or we would loose business.

Liked: Good choice in breakfast items. Room was clean and cool when I walked in. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Toilet paper was low. Shampoo dispenser was empty.
