Liked: Clean, comfortable, 24 hour front desk, good climate control. All very good, very nice.
Disliked: Carpet in room (becoming unusual). Prefer tile. Coffee at breakfast in plastic cannisters.

Liked: Coffee was not a good cup of coffee, no hot water available for tea.
Disliked: My bed was very uncomfortable, I was up 4 times during the night because of being very uncomfortable

Liked: The breakfast was fine. There was no decaf out with the breakfast coffees so I had to go make decaf in my room to drink with my breakfast. The bathroom was very clean and gleaming which I particularly appreciated. Towels could have been more plush.
Disliked: The pillows in the room were not at all comfortable.

Liked: Location very convenient. Staff super friendly. Room very comfortable. Continental breakfast had nice selection, waffles were delicious.
Disliked: Hair in shower and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash were empty.
