Disliked: our TV did not work. It had no signal. You could not get any ice from the ice machine on the 1st floor. The light as you entered the room was burned out.

Liked: Great breakfast, super friendly service, comfortable beds
Disliked: Tub was a little slow to drain, some older fixtures remained after a remodel that seemed out of place

I wouldn't stay here again

Liked: Allows dogs. One of the two staff I interacted with was professional. That's about the positive things I can say.
Disliked: Facilities are run down. Housekeeping never came so we had to ask the front desk for toilet paper. Emailed a week ahead to request a ground floor room, but they never replied. Called a day ahead to request again, they took my name and said no problem. When I checked in, she put me on an upper floor, and when I said I called ahead she rolled her eyes and said they're full. Hit me with a pet fee on check in. There was someone else's trash in the room when we checked in. Bed is hard AF.
